Va Pho is a fun Asian diner, combining the best of foods at a very attractive price in the heart of the city. Led by same chefs who gave Chennai fabulous restaurants like Benjarong, the menu is quirky and varied enough to satisfy most Asian cravings. Set in the second floor, you are welcomed by something that is Chennai at heart, the yellow auto, which is great for selfies and Instagram, and a variety of seating styles, from a nearly private tables, to a community table, a set of bar stools and window-side set of tables that can handle nearly 30 people, so it is great for office lunches. Not just the décor, but the mocktails are just as quirky. Served in a variety of glasses and bottles, they are comforting and more often than not, make you stare at the serving glasses. Food is largely nice, though many dishes share the same flavours. Service is rather quick and friendly.
