In one year, they have been able to move from one outlet to three on the strength of sheer quality and prices alone. It is an owner-run chain and the attention to detail is extraordinary. Mutton shikampur is made with meat pounded, not ground, in the food processor; nargisi kababs, bagara baingan, mutton dalcha – even the jazzed up Dum Ka Chicken – are as tasty as the kachhe gosht ki biryani. The latter is served with saalan made correctly; which is also free!
