
By any standards India's single best Chinese restaurant. This is a large restaurant with many private rooms upstairs and outdoor seating in the winter. Conceptualised and created by Chef Jack Aw Yong of Hyatt's China operations, the kitchen is staffed entirely by Chinese chefs from the mainland none of whom speaks any English. An Indian chef serves as an interpreter but basically the Chinese work silently, turning out the sort of dishes they used to make in Shanghai and Beijing.
