You will find Coriander Leaf tucked away on the ground floor of Vatika Triangle in Sushant Lok 1, encased in a seamless glass façade gleaming under the sun. A vast spacious room made out of glass on one side is flooded with bright golden sunlight throughout the day. The interiors are done completely in tones of brown, using the wooden finishes heavily. High back chairs flanks small round tables, dotting all over the room at good breathable distance. The design is contemporary and very up to date. Coriander Leaf is an ideal place to dine if you want to take a large party of guests. Just let them know before hand and the staff will be more than happy to oblige. This outlet of Coriander Leaf is slightly more formal and structured than its sister concern at Sohna Road.
The food selection of Coriander Leaf is pretty clever. On one side, the menu tackles the homely yet rich North-Indian and Mughlai fare, on the other hand it elevates the brilliance by giving Pakistani cuisine a fair amount of space. Patrons don’t mind paying a little more to sample the beautiful flavours of Pakistani food. In appetizers you should definitely try out, seekhan, paneer de tikke, dahi kebab, galouti kebab, mutterwali tikki, sikandari raan and pasroor malai tikka. Ask your server for a glass of kesar wali lassi before heading towards the main course. Kacche gosht ki biryani, chaamp, vadiyan mattar, Balti murg and Haleem is extraordinary. Don’t give the desserts a skip. They are ideal finish to a memorable meal.
