The brand first made its appearance in the ever-popular Galleria Market, where you could get a wedge of your favourite pizza. The names are purely imaginative, and give little clue to the toppings on the pizzas. Don’t look for an Italian sensibility here – these pizzas have been made and popularised in the Big Apple.
