The brand first made its appearance in the ever-popular Galleria Market, where you could get a wedge of your favourite pizza. The names are purely imaginative, and give little clue to the toppings on the pizzas. Don’t look for an Italian sensibility here – these pizzas have been made and popularised in the Big Apple. Park Avenue, Broadway and Greenwich are topped with mushroom and artichoke; four cheese and spicy pepperoni respectively. The outlets are simple and fuss-free; it is the pizzas – and the tiny menu of salads and pasta – that takes centre-stage.
