Overwhelming interiors with lights that flash different colours periodically, an open courtyard where tables are set out when the weather is good and the sort of service that is known as ‘homely’, Sasuraal attracts the family crowd, perhaps because of the name. Most of the dishes served are from North India. While they have not tried to reinvent the wheel, some of their bestsellers are paneer lababdar and bharwa tangdi kabab. Their murgh karela is targeted towards diabetic customers – a first in the NCR.
