During breakfast and lunch a huge buffet spread is available to you. It is pretty well known for its breakfast spread. The menu covers north Indian, Asian, continental and Italian. The multi facet menu allows you wide selection of dishes ranging all over the globe. First impressions or as they call the appetizers consists of bruschetta, mezze platter, warm smoked salmon, honey ginger prawn, tandoori jheenga, murg tikka, hara bhara kebab, mahi tikka and spring roll. For a lighter meal soups and salads are part of the menu too. The lava grill section is more continental. They will grill your choice of protein like sea bass, tiger prawns, lamb chops and tenderloin steak. The wraps, sandwiches and burgers are served by the restaurant too. In mains indian curries, pastas, Asian recipes are prepared with skilled hand. Try your hand at gosht rogan josh, nasi goreng istimewa and mushroom and asparagus cannelloni.
The choice of desserts are limited but very delicious. Gulab jamun, Viennese apple strudel, sorbet, fresh fruits, cheese platter, melting manjari mousse cake and chocolate walnut brownie will win you over. They are so tempting that you will be convinced to skip a course. The restaurant serves coffee, tea, fruit juices, hot chocolate, milk shakes and lassi to quench your thirst. Though the a la carte menu is fabulous it’s their buffet which will offer more variety and choices. In their buffet don’t miss onto their chaat counter. It is lip smacking. The restaurant is expensive so be prepared.
