Smartly laid out with a cheery decor and soft music, Sidewok is uncomplicated and reliably likeable. I started off with 'Chilly Pork' - tenderized, wok-fried meat lit up with tingles of Sichuan Peppercorns. A bowl of 'Hargow' was not pleated to impress but encased moist bits of shrimp inside. A fried plate 'Wontons' was harder to find faults with. Light and crisp casing filled with well seasoned juicy chicken filling. My plate of mixed 'Fried Rice' was most serviceable with well-seasoned rice and generous loads of plump meat.
