One of the most quirky restaurants around, this resembles a casual drawing room more than a conventional restaurant. With mismatched chairs and upholstery, it has the vibe of a room where you can meet friends for a three-hour lunch. It is not Bihari food per se, but the food of the family of one of the partners, which includes not only the iconic Litti Chokha but Dhamaka Maggi too! In the main, the food is tasty and far removed from standard regular fare, but many of the dishes are supremely heavy. On the downside, the steep staircase that winds upwards for three storeys means that it is out of bounds for the elderly.
