Chef Vivek Rana, the man behind Triple8, is no newbie to the restaurant scene as he has worked at marquee hospitality outfits like Indian Accent, New York. He has brought his seasoned approach to the city’s latest Pan Asian venture, that is reflected in wine and burgundy-hued upholstery as well as black and white close-ups of produce, cutlery and table settings. You will be greeted with spectacular amuse-bouches at this dining destination that shakes up your food perceptions to a great extent. The restaurant, spread over 2 levels, has seating options for a diverse clientele. The 1st level, with a statement bar and deejay, feels like a lounge. The 2nd level, appointed with plush sofas, sushi bar, and a private dining area, is aimed at a mature set of patrons and comes with its own entrance.
