The famous Gulati brand has branched out to one of the poshest localities in South Delhi. Veg Gulati is known for North Indian, Punjabi and Jain food (without onion and garlic). With subtle interiors and not much jazz, Veg Gulati has its own patrons who come back to this place for some of their good old favourites. The menu offers an interesting take on dishes. Their 'Poustik Soup' - an overload of tomato, lentils, spinach and veggies and 'Mulligatawny Soup' - a puree of lentils topped with traditional spices, will clean bowl you with their simplicity. Moving to "chatpata chaat" section, the 'Bengali Rasgulla Chaat' is highly recommended while the 'Tandoori Kathal', 'Rajma Chana Ke Kabab', 'Tandoori Pineapple' are great for diet-conscious as these are low on calories. Choices from the main course look never-ending. Some of the delicacies such as 'Bhutta Kabab', 'Tandoori Pineapple', 'Paneer Tikka Lababdaar', 'Corn Butter Masala', 'Diwani Hand', 'Paneer Adrak Kali Mirch' accompanied with Assorted Bread Basket that includes 'Naan', 'Kashta' and 'Missi Roti', 'Pudina Paratha' and 'Butter Paratha' would complete your meal. There is a whole section which showcases dishes without onion and garlic.
