Start your meal with the classic Chinese glass noodle soup, which comes packed with shrimps, snow peas and glass noodles cooked in an aromatic chicken broth. For starters, the crispy vegetables and the nua gai satay are a must-have. Crispy vegetables have deep-fried fresh vegetables dipped in a sesame seed batter, and the satay has tender pieces of beef served with a cucumber and peanut sauce. For the main course, do try the ginger chicken with broccoli, which has succulent pieces of chicken cooked in a vegetable broth, enhanced by ginger and scallion.
