I have been to Sankalp in Ahmedabad where my experience was beyond perfection. And now, Sankalp has finally opened its doors in Dubai and the expectation level was of course high. The ambience is simple yet well-designed with multiple seating options and dim lighting. It is a pure vegetarian restaurant which is essentially famous for its authentic South Indian cuisine. Some of their must- have dishes are Tandoori Sizzlers, Crispy Cheese Idli, Chettinad Spicy Dosa, Plain Double Roast Uthappa and Crisp ‘N’ Crunchy Rava.
