Carter's Blue, located in Bandra and a lot of spots throughout Mumbai, is this famous Shawarma joint, which has turned into be a chain of multi-cuisine restaurants serving north Indian, Chinese, Lebanese and drool-worthy fast food. The food served here is delicious, and the service is prompt and efficient. Head here to enjoy good food in this calm ambiance with modern décor & polite servers. Once you visit the place, you all will surely love it.

The Hummus with Zaatar Naan (L) here, is simply amazing. With the use of traditional herbs and spice mixtures of Eastern Mediterranean regions, you’re guaranteed authentic tastes. It consists of dried sumac berries, Himalayan pink salt, marjoram, thyme, basil, and oregano. This cheesy naan made with the chef's special spices, is meant to be devoured with hummus. Also, we recommend trying their Mushroom Shawarma (R) as well. An exquisite appetizer that you will fall in love with, this delicious dish is prepared with pickled vegetables and a remarkable garlicky paste. The flavours of this dish are bold and the preparation is simple too. An idyllic healthy and quick bite.

They take their meats very seriously. Order anything and you will not be disappointed. With a menu so big, you’re bound to be spoilt for choice, make sure to try their ‘Carter’s Special Menu’. Chicken Dajjaj Shawarma (L)and the Chicken Mix Platter were our favorites. Their Pahadi Chicken (R) is something unique that is hard to come by. A delectable dish adapted from the well-known Pahari cuisine of India's north-eastern region.

Serving some of the best mocktails like Virgin Mojito, Guava Mary, Fruit Punch, Kiwi Cooler and Peach Colada. One of the best mojito mocktails, right here is Cranberry Cooler (R). A bit on the bitter facet with masses of mint leaves and a punch of lime, this ultimate cooler and its flavor of Cranberry and Lemon are to die for.

No meal is complete without a sweet dessert and they are offering chefs special desserts like Sizzling Brownie (L) - A massive scoop of ice cream crowned over an ideal scorching, you’re going to love it! Another dessert that you must try, is the Firni (C)- amazingly flavoured with saffron and cardamom. Also, the Caramel Custard (R) is worth a try!
