From 19 to 25 February 2024, prepare your taste buds for a dining adventure as Guest Chef Renato Bosco, popular for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, and affectionately known as the Pizza Ricercatore, graces Sorrento, the distinguished award-winning Italian restaurant.


Since 2015 Renato Bosco has been an Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the World. He is the pioneer pizza maker that borders on the pizzeria’s territory landing in the Panettone’s world. Renato Bosco is one of the 50 Italian chefs chosen to represent Italian cuisine in the world


Renato Bosco's quest to revolutionise and elevate Italian cuisine is evident in his groundbreaking concept of contemporary pizza. Guests are invited to indulge in Chef Renato's extraordinary gourmet pizza selection, featuring Lobster, Mortadella, Four Cheese, and the irresistible Pizza Doppio Crunch. The other highlights include Risotto with Pumpkin, Cacao Pancheri with Pomodoro, Crab and Lemon Zest, Herb-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Lamb Loin and Cheesy Polenta Torta.
