Fresh, zesty, and aptly named 'Super Foo' Salad, features the wholesome mix of kale, avocado, edamame, quinoa, chia seeds, goji berries, in yuzu miso dressing. This power-packed yet delicious preparation is just the perfect thing to begin your Foo experience and totally worth all the hype.
Foo is a total treasure trove of dim sum & dumplings. The sheer variety available on their menu is enough to boggle your mind. Although all the options are just great, we absolutely adore their 'Charcoal Har-Gow, Gold Dusted Dumplings', which is just as delicious as it is gorgeous.
From their ‘Small Plates’ section on the menu, we highly recommend the ‘Steamed Sweet Potato with Chilly Black Bean Sauce’. This is indeed a star Foo offering featuring the perfect blend of earthy & velvety goodness of sweet potato and the umami brilliance of the chilly black bean sauce!
If you are a Sushi lover, then dining at Foo is literally going to be a treat for you. Our favorite from their extensive selection is the 'Peruvian Lobster Roll', a unique fusion delicacy wherein spicy lobster tempura crisps come together with black sesame and yellow Anticucho sauce to create a fabulous preparation that is sure to tickle your taste buds with its nuanced flavor palate.
Moving on to the mains, the most unmissable preparation that you absolutely must try is the 'Foo Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice', a one-of-a-kind Foo invention, which is a combination of their signature butterfly pea shade in sticky Kokuho rice, tossed with carrots, baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, garlic and oodles of butter!
