An Innovative Space Redefining Comfort Food Whilst Offering Its Patrons Solace In Mumbai

Originally an Arabic word, ‘mehfil’ means ‘a gathering to entertain someone.’ Today, it loosely translates to a party-like atmosphere or more colloquially, a vibe. And that’s precisely what KMC* guarantees. A vibe that ensures a fun time with your friends, family or a special someone, over cocktails, interactive experiences, elevated comfort food and rustic interiors.

KMC*’s new bar program named “Mehfil” features a cool addition in the form of a Perfumed Mixology experience. Here, their bar team presents you with a range of perfumes, all of which are natural, edible and made entirely in-house. Then, based on your preferred scent, they create a cocktail that replicates the notes of your chosen fragrance!

If cocktails are not your thing, fret not. You don’t have to miss out on the fun (or the flavours!) KMC* has also launched a range of flavours, each with its own quirky packaging and unique combination of ingredients. They've got everything from bael leaves to umami flavours to caramel and popcorn. Top it with some tonic and sip it, or add your favourite spirit and transform it into a unique cocktail.

Continuing the theme of unusual flavours, KMC* also has its own range of kombuchas, co-created with Umami Brew. Modelled after different states, this collection of kombuchas features Koshimbir from Maharashtra, Jam from Himachal Pradesh and Naga Pepper from Nagaland. Fun Fact: The mountain pepper used to make the Naga Pepper flavour can only be found in the wild and cannot be cultivated, arguably making it one of the rarest flavours in the world.

No mehfil is complete without a feast. Pair this selection of beverages with some of KMC*’s delicious food menu. From snackable crowd favourites like the Seed Crisp with Avocado and Chawli to the newest additions like Dal Vada with Cilantro Hummus, the innovative dishes complement the innovative drinks perfectly.

Head to KMC* and let us know if you also enjoyed their mehfil!
