But today we are here to discredit this misconception, after all, we have a reputation to uphold as your forever food sensei.

Sure, you might not find entire markets dedicated to vegetarian delicacies. Still, every once in a while we come across such terrific all-veg eateries in Mumbai that simply take our breath away. So, in line with this totally epicurean notion, we present to you one of our latest obsessions- Ten One, a one-stop destination in Juhu, Mumbai that never fails to impress with its soulful preparations, healthy greens, and just blissful vegetarian bites.

Nestled in Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel in Mumbai, Ten One has an urban chic vibe, with vibrant caricatures adorning its walls and a comfy Udipiesque banquette seating area. The restaurant is minimalistic yet charming, but the clincher here is their terrific all-encompassing menu that offers a melange of Indian fervor and continental awareness. From Kanchipuram Idlis to Neapolitan Pizza, from Dal Bati Churma to Risottos, from cheesecake to salad, the place has a bit of everything.

Truly a boon to every vegetarian’s existence, Ten One is a multicuisine haven that doles out absolutely delicious and fresh preparations, many of which are Jain-friendly and even vegan!

Although terrific, the menu of Ten One features a behemoth curation of lip-smacking food so it's a good thing that we’ve been obsessed with this treasure trove of a veggie restaurant. After our many…MANY visits, we have finally come up with an ironclad list of some of our favorites at Ten One that every foodie must try when here.

Start your gastronomic journey at Ten One with their exotic and luscious Malaysian Coconut Noodle & Asian Vegetable soup. Served within an edible bread bun bowl this is the perfect comfort food that features a soulful blend of Asian flavors.

Their Crispy Paprika Potato is a simple yet super starter that you are sure to fall in love with. Featuring deep-fried potato skin slices tossed in tangy and spicy paprika and herbs, every bite of this crispy delight is heavenly.

They have an entire section on the menu dedicated to luscious appetizers made in their authentic Clay Oven. Our favorites from their plump line-up include delectables like the ‘Paneer Tikka Lal Mirch’, ‘Dahi Ke Kebab’, and ‘Teekhe Tandoori Aloo’. Do not miss out on these perfectly smoky yet sumptuous delights when you are here.

If you love South Indian food, then you are in luck because you will find an incredible variety here. Their Idli platter comes loaded with three different types of Idlis- Madurai, Malgudi and Kanchipuram Idli. Simple yet wholesome this one is an exemplary dish here that must be on every South Indian cuisine lover’s radar.

Ten One also does great Indian regional food. We LOVE the Dal Bati Churma from their Rajasthan section on the menu. The combination of spicy dal with the sweet Churma along with deep-fried Ghee-laden Batis is a hearty treat that knocked our socks off.

Their Blueberry Cheesecake is truly a binge-worthy dessert to end your delectable dining experience at Ten One. A chef’s special, this rich, creamy and sinfully indulgent creation is honestly a treat for both your eyes and soul!
