This one of the newer eateries serving Gujarati thali in Ahmedabad. Located just off SG Highway, Grand Thakar has made a name for itself in Rajkot before opening shop in Ahmedabad. It serves awesome Gujarati Thali, where the dishes have the taste of Saurashtra region of Gujarat. It is on the first floor but there is a lift so no need to climb stairs if you do not want to.

This is one of the older places serving Gujarati thalis in town. Located on the first floor on Judge’s Bungalows Road, this place serves very tasty Gujarati food at reasonable prices. However, there is no facility for a lift so if you can not walk up the stairs, this place is not for you. They also serve Jain Thali here. It is open for lunch and dinner.

This Gujarati thali restaurant is located on the business street Ashram Road. It is one of the older Gujarati thali places in Ahmedabad and it has maintained its quality and taste for the longest period of time. It is one of the very few Gujarati Thali restaurants which has a garden view which can be seen from its large windows. It is located on the ground floor and serves lunch and dinner.

The food is served in traditional bell metal plates and bowls giving the whole experience a luxurious feel to it.
