Fashioned around the legendary King Arthur and his knights of the round table, this swanky establishment lies at the Acacia Hotel in Candolim. With Queen’s and wizards as the theme start off the meal with 'Queen Marchell'- boiled mushrooms stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs accompanied with a 'Santa Monica Salsa'. For the carnivores 'Sir John Grey' is a delight- chunks of marinated chicken in Cajun spice and cooked on a girdle, served with Aioli Dip. The 'Beef Tenderloin' grilled steak served in pepper sauce is wholesome main and has an ode to Danielle from the fable. As Arthur claimed victory with the help of Excalibur, a befitting end to this story would lie in the 'Stuffed Crepes' with chocolate cream sauce and honey and the lemon soufflé with lemon zest.
