In the heart of Panjim, lies Café Mojo Pub & Bistro, an old-style bar that oozes charm and casts a spell on you. Ironically, the name Mojo means ‘charm or a spell’. Seating in the inner sanctum is divided evenly into small areas for that private ‘retro feel’. The walls are plastered with quirky signages and dartboards, with the odd foosball table in the corner. Karaoke is a hot favourite with the locals every Thursday. Saunter in with one’s entourage, tank up your card, occupy a table and pour out unlimited beer that the card has to offer. Nibbles include the vegetable cheese shots and the calamari peri peri, along with the long island ice tea pitcher pushed into a pipe for consumption. Innovative and engaging − it definitely is a crowd talking point. A great experience and loads of action happening, the bar is open till wee hours of the morning.
