Carnaval adds to the variety of culinary delicacies offered at the resort over every weekend. This time it is Pan-Asian. Located below the lobby, the menu has an eclectic mix of flavours. It has been conceptualised as a one-stop destination for Asian food lovers in South Goa. The starters on offer include a choice of steamed Dim Sum, Stir-fried Mushrooms Ginger Chilli, Hunan Prawns and Szechuan Chicken with peanuts. With a predominant Thai and Chinese influence if fish is what you would prefer, opt for the Prawns in Chilli Oyster Sauce. Or perhaps the Chilli Basil Fish. In chicken, the Tsing Hui Chicken or the Thai Yellow Chicken Curry are recommended. End the meal with traditional or inspired dessert preparations — Date Pancake, Oriental Orange Crème Brûlée or chill out with the Coconut Fried Ice Cream.
