With a predominant Thai and Chinese influence if fish is what you would prefer, opt for the Prawns in Chilli Oyster Sauce. Or perhaps the Chilli Basil Fish. In chicken, the Tsing Hui Chicken or the Thai Yellow Chicken Curry are recommended. End the meal with traditional or inspired dessert preparations — Date Pancake, Oriental Orange Crème Brûlée or chill out with the Coconut Fried Ice Cream.
