Their main focus is the buffet and you can start the day with a healthy breakfast buffet and choose from a delicious selection of western and Indian cuisine. For lunch or dinner there is again a choice from the extensive buffet or carefully chosen À la carte menu, which offers a delightful selection of Indian, Chinese and Continental delicacies, as well as handpicked local specialties. Sample the Teen Parat Ka Tikka - grilled cottage cheese in the tandoor with an apricot filling and a yoghurt marinade or get those fingers messy with a Crab Xec Xec – wok tossed soft shelled crabs with toddy vinegar and goan spices. For the mains a simple Grilled Fillet of fish… sounds simple, but Pomfret is served with a tomato and cilantro fondue and crushed potatoes. From the Goan section, the Vegetable Xacutti and the Shrimp Pulao are on offer. End the meal with the sweet finale, the Tiramisu or perhaps the Chocolate Fudge Cake.
