This cosy place, overlooking the Garcia de Orta gardens ‘inspires’ one to just let loose and unwind. The concept of a ‘friendly neighbourhood’ club is evident with the next-gen bonding over a savoury snack, or visiting tourists, relaxing with a book or just taking in the refreshing view of the garden. Enter the warm cosy ambience with muted tones to relax and unwind, or the open atrium style breezy freshness. Dig into the kodi karepak vedupa – a spiced delicacy of light batter fried chicken coated in curry leaves. One’s Sherlock test would lie in the confused Watson’s non-vegetarian platter. ‘Wats’ in it you ask? Tandoori jhinga, chicken koliwada, Goan style chilly chicken and mutton pepper fry. There is also a vegetarian option. The ‘inspired’ Watson chicken ghee roast with kulcha naan seals the deal. The desserts are minimal. Try the serradura and leave those detective skills outside the door.
