The first thing you notice as you enter Aish is the immaculate look of grandeur from the Nizam era. With things like the silver cutlery adding to the ambience, the restaurant at The Park Hyderabad is one of the best places in the city to savour Hyderabadi food. While the offerings are a-la-carte, check with the staff for the set menus that they offer from time to time. The restaurant is also known for its periodic regional Indian food festivals, which are excellent. I am quite a fan of the Hyderabadi dishes here. The must-order item for me here is the 'Sufiyani Pulao', a lesser-known but fragrant Hyderabadi rice and meat dish which is not available in too many places. The 'Tamater Kut' served along with it does not disappoint either. The much shorter list of Telugu delicacies includes interesting dishes like 'Kodi Miryalu Rasam', a chicken and black pepper broth.
