Golconda Pavilion is ITC Kohenur’s all-day diner overlooking the swanky lobby on one end and the ITC gardens on the other. The contemporary décor is an elegant blend of European sensibilities with local touches such as the intricate bidri artwork on the pillars. The lunch and dinner buffets are pretty much what you would expect at a Pavilion restaurant – a sumptuous spread featuring something for everyone. My favourites are the exquisite fresh salads, cold cuts, and artisanal breads. However, if you are in the mood for Indian, you would not be disappointed either. Besides the 'Hyderabadi Biryani', Telangana and Mughlai cuisines also always find representation. The a la carte selection devotes an entire section titled ‘Local Love’ to the flavours of united Andhra. 'Majjige Pulusu', 'Gosht Qorma', and 'Subz Tahiri' are some of the noteworthy dishes.
