Hashi has made a name for itself for its Japanese dishes within a short period of time. In fact, the word “Hashi” means chopsticks in Japanese. A few months ago, it has moved to a much larger location in Jubilee Hills. Accommodating about sixty people, the new place has a simple décor with a sushi bar with high chairs on one side and comfortable table seating at the other end. They have many varieties of sushi, including 'Maki', 'Uramaki', 'Nigiri' and 'Sashimi'. For fish lovers, 'Shake Sashimi' in which salmon slices are served with 'Wasabi' is an interesting dish to have. 'Sushi with Tuna' as well as 'Eel' is also available. Their dim sums are quite colourful and many are with 2 ingredients in the filling, such as spinach and cheese, chicken and water chestnut as well as prawn & basil. They also serve other Japanese dishes like 'Hibachi Fried Rice' and 'Yakitori'.
