Mekong, which is named after the massive river that flows through half a dozen Asian countries, is arguably the best Asian restaurant in the city. The charmingly lit dining area exudes a sense of elegance and calm. The diverse menu is inspired by the cuisine of the countries that Mekong river traverses as well as their neighbours. You can begin with a portion 'Ikura Gunkan Maki' and 'Prawn Tempura' from Japan before moving on to 'Vietnamese Rolls' and 'Dry Chilli Chicken' (La Zi Ji Ding). I usually reserve the main course for the fantastic Thai curries, especially the robust 'Lamb Massaman Curry'. However, with almost a hundred and fifty delicacies at your disposal, you are always spoilt for choices.
