SWOT, which derives its name from the management funda of analysing Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Threat, is a casual dining restaurant on Road No 12. The menu does not have a lot of surprises to offer. Almost all of it is packed with tried and tested fare. The Arabian section was intended to be the USP of SWOT, but it is no longer available. In fact, almost everything I wanted to order was unavailable on the day I went. Mutton dishes were out of stock, and the Chicken seemed to have spent a fair bit of time in the freezer. Even the breads were not cooked through. Not everything is a lost cause though. This is a slow-moving restaurant and food can take a while to arrive.
