Tre-Forni is one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Hyderabad, serving their loyal clientele ever since Park Hyatt first opened its doors in Banjara Hills about 6 years ago. The words 'Tre Forni' means three ovens in Italian. The restaurant has 3 distinct seating areas – the bar space in front followed by an extensive indoor seating and finally, a terrace providing a great view of Banjara Hills skyline. The menu is fairly elaborate with a very decent range of antipasti, pizza, pasta and risotto. However, what attracts me to this restaurant is some of their exquisite main courses – 'Pancetta Di Maiale' or slow-cooked pork belly in balsamic jus and 'Petto Di Pollo Griglia' or grilled chicken breast. The luxury 'Sunday Brunch' here has some great choices of both cocktails and food, I especially look forward to special items which are not there on the regular menu.
