It is one of those restaurants which have been there forever on Russel Street, right next to the famous Waldorf. The restaurant itself is quite spacious but the décor is typically old school with curtains drawn on the large windows. They have their set loyalists who come in every day to get have a drink or two along with some appetisers and their continental delicacies. Even though they are known for their continental delicacies, the little Chinese menu is far better.
