Kosha manghso is so ingrained in the veins of all Bengalis, that when Golbari, the famous kosha mangsho place shut down temporarily, some of the let down cooks were brought in to start this chain as a tribute to kosha mangsho. This one is a small restaurant with a rural Bengal decor. The ambience is very pleasing and makes you feel quite comfortable in a lively manner. The menu is very crisp and clear with not too many items creating confusion. Try their famous kosha mangsho with luchi or echor kalia with ghee bhaat or mochar ghonto or any of the dishes from a assortment of fish; the food essentially tastes quite good, not too rich and quite balanced in flavours.
