Not much needs to be said about this chain. It has stuck to its tradition of a good Bengali meal in a classy style. So what if it is a bit hefty on the pocket? Bringing old Kolkata charm to its menu, some of the dishes have been innovated with brilliance. They have an array of preparations in fish like the Bekti Gondhoraj, a super success. During the hilsa season, they come up with a variety of dishes from boneless to smoked to traditional with several innovations too. The Kosha Mangsho with Luchi is also a great combination and is one of the best in the city. The buffet menu is equally enterprising and has some of the specials like Kancha Lanka Murgi, a traditional dish like Lau Chingri and innovative desserts like Nolen Gurer Mousse.
