This rooftop café boasts of a spectacular view which is the raison d'être for its popularity. The tiny but cosy indoor area offers privacy, while the outdoor seating section is sought after. With ample natural light filtering in, the vibe is warm but the décor seems a bit staid. This place transforms itself during the evening and is livelier. The menu with the Indian and global fare is fairly limited but offers enough options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There are wines and beers on offer too. The food is value-for-money and the portions good for sharing. The 'Chicken and Cheese Croquettes', 'Tossed Garden Veg' and 'Dill Salad' with a yoghurt dressing, 'Kali Miri Fish Tikka' are great to begin your meal. If you are looking at something more substantial, opt for the 'Pan-Fried Chicken' with au jus, fish and chips or 'Vegetable Au Gratin'. Among desserts, the creamy 'Caramel Custard' stands out. The service is a bit slow but the staff is warm and helpful.
