Though not as famous Britannia, Café Excelsior has its loyalists when it comes to Parsi food. The Parsi lacy cutlace (cutlet) and gravy here is the stuff of legends. Apart from the customary dhansak they also have chicken rolls here. The chicken rolls are of the sort anyone who has grown up in Mumbai will know of. It consists of Hot Dog like buns stuffed with shredded boiled chicken and the sweet mayonnaise that every Parsi house has its own recipe of.
