The first outpost of this microbrewery and gastropub in Mumbai, after three in Pune, exudes a chic, but warm vibe. Spread over two floors, the seating is well-spaced out and there is a cosy air about this place. The décor in wood is simple, yet striking. The array of beers on the tap are a delight for any craft beer lover. From the traditional English Apple Cider to a hefty Braggot and Dunkelweizen, you can expect them all here. There are other drinks on offer too. The food menu is equally unconventional and although global dishes with a few Indian favourites, are what you can look forward to, no run-of-the-mill fare here. The inventive food complements the craft beers. The 'Fiery Thecha Chicken' is a delight and pairs well with the somewhat sweetish beers. The 'Thai Chili Mushrooms' are a palate-pleaser too. For something more sumptuous try the 'Smoked Ham with Scamorza Flatbread'. Plenty of options in plated meals – both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The 'Nasi Goreng' and 'Chicken Biryani' stood out. For dessert, the 'Salted Caramel Baked Cheesecake' is a good bet. The staff here is warm and helpful but can be a tad better trained.
