Bustling with activity, this intimate and elegant restaurant is already a hotspot for shoppers at High Street Phoenix. The main dining area on the ground floor feels bigger than it is and there is a cosy seating area on top as well. The menu has a considerable amount of new additions. As always, this place offers food with a serious kick and intent. 'Mushroom Falafel Donner', 'Charred Pimentos Coulis', 'Guntur Chilli Chicken' and 'Stuffed Chicken Drumstick', 'Tadka Mayo' are some of the new additions which are palate-pleasers all the way. The menu actually enables you to traverse through regional Indian cuisine albeit with the quintessential progressive twist. The 'Goan Prawn Curry' with 'Coconut Rice' is flawless. The 'Dal Gosht' open taco pales in comparison. There is an entirely new section - 'Bao Or Pao', which is worth a try. Among desserts, the crisp 'Patishapta Meuille Fille', 'Coconut Cream' is a delightful take on the Bengali pancakes and the inclusion of the French element here is pulled off with panache. The well-stocked bar and the offerings are impressive. The service is expectedly exemplary.
