Ideal Corner, not to be confused with the vegetarian Cafe Ideal, is a rare Parsi restaurant whose food appeals even to Parsi men devoted to their mother's cooking. They have a daily menu and some of the good picks here are the dhansak and the railway mutton. Salli boti and akuri, part of the regular menu, don't disappoint either. It has a small upper section, seating is cramped and there is no air-conditioning but the place is always packed with happy eaters many of whom order from the Chinese menu too. Stick to the Parsi dishes though. Ideal is shut at night and on Mondays.
