Today, there are many fancy ice cream brands but a Mumbai local and old-time favourite will always be K Rustom at Churchgate. Run by a Parsi family, these ice creams have been pleasing generations for nearly four decades now. The USP is that they sell ice cream sandwiches: a slab of ice cream is usually sandwiched between two wafer thin slices of biscuit, making it an ice cream unlike any other. Nothing has changed really, except they have not got more flavours to pick from.
