Apart from the regular seating, one has the option of the tatami style of seating on mats with low tables. The live kitchen and bar at the far end of the restaurant add to the charm. The menu is replete with choices for anyone who enjoys Japanese food - soups, salads, appetisers, carpaccio, rice, donburi, desserts. Vegetarians too have a fair amount to choose from. The Sushi section of the menu abounds in variety. The purity of the ingredients is evident in every dish, which is aesthetically presented but sans any frills. 'Katsu Donburi', with fried chicken and egg on bed of rice boasts of simple, no-fuss flavours but delights the taste buds. 'Japanese Katsu Curry Rice with Pork' is equally comforting. The deftly flavoured food here needs no accompaniment. 'Black Cod in Miso', 'Rock Corn Tempura' and 'Yaki Soba Noodles' are worth trying. The Japanese food here is of unrivalled quality.
