Martin's, as it is popularly known, is one of the few remaining bastions of Catholic Goan food in Mumbai. It is a little garage of a shop, non-air conditioned, with about six tables and benches and is always packed at meal times. It is filled with students, office-workers on the run and food lovers in search of elusive Goan food. Must-eats are the Goan sausage chilli fry which is spicy and needs some pao bread to go with it, the pork vindaloo and the sorpotel. The deep-fried beef steak covered with fried chillies & onions is a big hit. The mackerel curry rice is very good value.
