This restaurant transports you back in time as the décor and seating are quite basic and outdated. The menu offers a plethora of North Indian and Mughlai dishes with abundant non-vegetarian and vegetarian options. There is a separate bar menu too. From a 'Paneer Tikka' to a 'Chicken Kesari Methi Kabab' and 'Fish Kalimiri', one can opt from an array of tandoori items, which this place is known for. While the kababs, are well-marinated and of a good quality, the portion sizes are quite measly, given the pricing. For mains, one must try the 'Chicken Saagwala' and 'Mutton Rarra'. Well-spiced, both these are flavourful, but rich and heavy as well. The food is fairly mediocre in flavours and typical restaurant fare, overpowered with spices. The dessert section is quite unimaginative – the usual 'Kulfi' and 'Gulab Jamun' are on offer. The service staff is inattentive and laidback. The food here is a tad overpriced. This is a perfect place for family dining.
