India’s first wine-on-tap restaurant, strategically located in Juhu, boasts of snazzy décor and a glitzy vibe. The seating is comfortable and there are several options. The special wine-dispensing machine, designed to serve global wines on tap while maintaining high levels of quality, is undoubtedly the show-stopper. From sweet whites to robust reds, you can try them all. The global food menu for every palate features signature dishes curated by MasterChef Australia 2017 winner - Diana Chan. The sprawling bar in one corner is equally eye-catching and well-stocked. The 'Cured Salmon Ceviche with Nahm Jim dressing' and flavourful sticky 'Lamb Ribs', are starters carnivores must not miss. Vegetarians can enjoy the 'Creamy Baked Broccoli Satay Gai', although the 'Georgian Khachapuri' with a chewy crust disappoints. For mains, the 'Pearl Barley Risotto with Wild Mushrooms' is a good option, as is the 'Chicken Chettinad with Malabar Parathas'. The service staff is polite, eager-to-please but can be better trained.
