The sheer variety and creative variants of dim-sums - 'Bite-sized Bundles', that one can try here, is mind-boggling. Expect dim sums in all forms - steamed, grilled, baked, fried and visually stunning too. The 'Prawns and Chinese Chives Dumpling', 'Asparagus and Water Chestnut Dumpling', 'Crispy Prawns Cheung Fun' and 'Pork Char Sui Bun', are extraordinary and must not-be-missed.
