The ambience – white, with sheer drapes and touches of blue and olive – is equal parts breathtaking and calming. Gentle breeze and mellow music add to the romantic milieu. The menu has an entire page of lovely-sounding salads – I recommend the Tuscan one with kalamata olives, aragula leaves, red onions, tomatoes and capers, garnished with warm and crusty French bread croutons, dressed with feta cheese and sweet balsamic glaze – wholesome and bursting with flavour.
