Cafe PETER is one of the few places where you can get a good load of deserts along with some good tasting food. The feel of the place is very young and vibrant, with the shades of Red and White popping all over. The modern eclectic furniture will force you to stay back for a long while and order another round of coffee. With breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, the casual grub here is the kind that will please you any hour of the day. The menu is a weird but tasty mix of Korean food along with European and Chinese. The Chinese is certainly on the lines of desi Chinese and loaded with a lot of chilli and garlic. We like the ‘Hot and Sour Momo Soup’ that is a big bowl with a lot of soup and a few momos and some noodles in it. It is quite hearty and all of that but the party starter are the Korea-inspired appetizers. The ‘Chicken Bulgogi’ being one of them, is a complete delight if you are the one who loves soy and all those umami flavours, this one is for you. The European touch of the menu includes Pastas and Pizzas which are decent too. The desserts are great and the donuts are certainly the talking point. A lot of people just start their meal with a donut here, get the food and end it with a donut again. There are over 12 flavours every day and some of them are even sold out before evening hours. The ‘Dark Chocolate Truffle’ and the ‘Classic Filled Jam’ donuts are quite a treat and they are loaded in the terms of stuffing, they just always ooze out more than a little. So, be prepared to get your hands dirty and enjoy some of these great donuts with good coffee by the side.
