This new restaurant is here to stay simply because there are very few seafood places in Pune but that is not the only reason. It is also because they have some outstanding variety in seafood that not only tastes great but is also priced well. The look and feel of the place is quite premium and nicely done, the service is great and the food arrives super quick. They have the most variety in the city and the best part is that they do not freeze the seafood at all, what arrives is cooked and sufficient enough for the day. It is interesting and surprising that the 'Crabmeat Hot and Sour Soup' we ordered was loaded with crabmeat and it was quite succulent and well made. It is one of the cheapest seafood soups to eat in Pune and also amongst a few of the more tastier ones. The ‘Koliwada Tikka’ is available in varied seafood options and we picked the Rawas which was well marinated and nicely done, over 8 big pieces on the platter makes up for really great portion size. Try if the 'Baby Surmai' is available, that can be a really interesting one too. The variations of the appetizers are many, you will actually be spoilt for choice because everything sounds great, you can already imagine how all those dishes would taste like. For instance, they have the ‘Vindaloo Masala Fry’, ‘Chettinad Fry’ and then the tandoori style fish and prawns finished in the clay oven, really nicely conceptualised. The best part is that all these appetizers have great portion sizes. The mains allows some good tasting options too, mainly all the Fish curries are really well prepared and the talking point is also the ‘Prawn Biryani’. Apart from all these seafood based classic dishes which are done really well, they also have Mutton and Chicken if you would want to try some, not bad at all. The drinks are quite well made and they are really well priced.
