An elite nightclub located in a five-star hotel restaurant, this exclusive destination hosts a dedicated party set that keeps coming back for the luxe interiors and constantly changing selection of dynamic DJs – not to forget, the innovative booze. The interiors are flamboyant, with a tasteful and slightly quieter seating section, leading through massive doors into a throbbing, neon-lit, huge dance floor, flanked with a busy bar and music console. Naturally, there is a formidable list of spirits – we especially noticed the flirtini (vodka, orange liqueur, sparkling wine and pineapple juice), Bombay bellini (sparkling wine with mango nectar) and Lethal weapon shots (of champagne, Drambuie, green apple and lemon juice). Also potent is the Kue-llusion 4.0, stacked with whisky, rosso vermouth, Malibu, angostura bitters, and spices like clove, cinnamon and star anise. The edibles are fairly eclectic, with a kulcha pizza peppered with kalonji, stuffed portobello mushroom ‘burgers’, Beijing-style pancakes with spring onions and chillies, fiery Shandong chicken wings flavoured with star anise and rich, crumb fried mozzarella fingers with dip. Enough to keep a hangover at bay!
