The range of buffets here is quite popular, especially the midnight one (for the party, travelling or just plain hardworking set); the breakfast and brunch buffets here are enjoyed as well. The fixed menu offers a bunch of options forevery meal – for the first meal of the day, you could choose a typical South, North or West Indian brekker, fruit platter, cereals, bread basket, eggs to order and more. For more substantial meals, the Indian and Western-style menus are both interesting. In the former, the Malabari fish curry with rice, dal makhani with naan, kheema pav and pav bhaji are all super-delicious, as are the arbi ke kabab and raisin-stuffed bharwan aloo nazakat, or subz kalonji/mutton pepper fry with vegetable pulao/roomali roti. If you are looking further away from home, the oven-charred red pepper and plum soup with a basil butter or creamy soup with mushroom, parmesan and truffle oil are good with a masala grilled tofu croissant, before proceeding to the chef’s special Pork Meatloaf, capesanté of seared scallops in a lemon-thyme reduction, Marsala duck or pesto gnocchi.
