A large rooftop area is spread over three sections – an indoor bistro with olive-jute seating, a sophisticated, open-air dining area that is rather Victorian in its approach (with artistically crafted chairs and tables), and a buzzing lounge section – with a cluster of artificial trees and water fountains strewn all over the place. In terms of a king-sized ambience, Magnum Opus does live up to its name, and caters to all kinds of customers – families, couples and party animals. The menu features regular North Indian, Mexican, Thai, Continental and Asian delicacies, with the occasional touch of innovation in dishes such as the Pattaya style salmon (fish stir-fried with Thai herbs and coconut cream), smoky barbecued shredded lamb with sweet pepper and scallion, and a minced mushroom seekh kabab with Kashmiri red chilli.
